  • Artists must be at least 8 years old to take classes at Foxley Atelier. We strive to provide a mentor/mentee relationship with all our artists, providing them with guidance and critique. This is a chance to really study and practice art, and it can be deflating to younger ages.

  • I have a secret class that meets on Tuesdays at 3:00-4:00 for adults which is totally free. (pottery not included). I found that there were many adults in our community who want to do art but can’t commit to a weekly class. This is my private work time, and I encourage adults in our community to come work with me.

  • We provide all the materials you need! You are encouraged to bring a growth mindset and clothing you don’t mind getting messy in.

  • We are NOT a one and done crafting experience. We are not a paint and sip, we aren’t a crafting club. Think of it like music lessons, you wouldn’t walk into a music store, take one class and expect to know how to play the violin, as an Atelier we strive to educate you to become masters of your craft. Most students spend 6-12 classes on each single project.

  • As Artists dedicated to our own crafts our goal is to share our passion, inspiration, and skills with you or your child. This takes weeks, months, and years. Much like developing skills in dance, music, or writing poetry, Fine art and Pottery are skills that can be mastered if practiced frequently with masterful guidance. We strive to create an atmosphere that fosters artistic growth through access to professional grade materials and instructors.
